M'PASSION 24cm savarin mould in sheet metal

Description -

The savarin mould is a crown-shaped mould dedicated to the preparation of savarin, a light pastry cake, drizzled after baking with a sugar and rum syrup and topped with cream.

The Manufacture Mauviel1830 has always made utensils intended for pastry professionals but also for lovers of gourmet desserts. A Mauviel1830 mould is a combination of sheet steel and a non-stick inner and outer coating. A thickness of 1 mm throughout the utensil ensures the professional quality of a Mauviel1830 mould. The utensils in the M'Passion collection, as effective as they are aesthetically pleasing, embody all the culinary passion and expertise of Mauviel1830.
