M'200CI is a subtle blend of two high-performance, traditional materials.

The polished copper combined with stainless steel renews the pleasure of cooking.

The 18/10 stainless steel interior is ideally suited to everyday cooking.

The copper ensures excellent heat conductivity quickly and evenly which gives the line great quality when cooking.

The thickness of the copper is 2 mm.

Ideal for cooking large volumes of water, liquid preparations, meats or sauces, the saucepan is the embodiment of culinary excellence according to Mauviel 1830.

The frying pan, shallow, with a flared rim and long tail, the frying pan is practical, easy to handle and very functional on a daily basis, for browning, sautéing, grilling.

Advice on use +

Before using for the first time, wash the utensil in hot water and soap, then rinse and dry.

Always allow the utensil to cool before cleaning.

To restore the shine of your stainless steel utensil, use Inobrill maintenance paste.

If you are cooking with induction, never exceed 2/3 of the hob's power rating to avoid overheating.

Do not use a dishwasher.
