The M'Urban3B Collection is a multi-layered stainless steel collection in brushed stainless steel.

It features a bronze frame engraved with M. Its pouring rim provides great functionality for pouring preparations.

Mauviel 1830 stainless steel utensils, thanks to their multi-layer construction, offer conductivity equivalent to copper, rapid and even heat distribution, precise cooking control and rapid heating time.

The rondeau is a round cooking utensil with low vertical sides. Fitted with a lid and two riveted handles signed Mauviel 1830, its chic design means it can go from the stove to the table for instant service.

The rondeau is used for the same purposes as the sauté pan: sautéing all types of dishes and deglazing without the risk of overflowing. It's an excellent addition to any kitchen, enriching the culinary horizons of all chefs, amateur and professional alike.

Advice on use +

Before using for the first time, wash the utensil in hot water and soap, then rinse and dry.

Always allow the utensil to cool before cleaning.

To restore the shine of your stainless steel utensil, use Inobrill maintenance paste.

If you are cooking with induction, never exceed 2/3 of the hob's power rating to avoid overheating.

Do not use a dishwasher.
