The M'Urban 3B Collection is a multi-layer brushed stainless steel collection. It features a bronze frame engraved with M. Its pouring rim provides great functionality for pouring your preparations.

Mauviel1830 stainless steel utensils are made from multi-layer stainless steel (without a base insert) and provide,
- Conductivity identical to that of copper
- Rapid and even heat distribution throughout the product
- Perfect control of cooking
- Very rapid heating time (boiling 1 l of water, 3 minutes with a Mauviel product compared with 7 minutes for a utensil with a base insert).

The round non-stick frying pan is an essential cooking utensil. Shallow, with a flared edge and a long tail, the frying pan is practical, easy to handle and very functional on a daily basis for cooking delicate foods.

The frying pan is also used to cook various preparations, such as pancakes.

Advice on use +

Before using for the first time, wash the utensil in hot water and soap, then rinse and dry.

Always allow the utensil to cool before cleaning.

To restore the shine of your stainless steel utensil, use Inobrill maintenance paste.

If you are cooking with induction, never exceed 2/3 of the hob's power rating to avoid overheating.

Do not use a dishwasher.
