The 18/10 stainless steel interior is ideally suited to everyday cooking.

The copper ensures excellent heat conductivity quickly and evenly which gives the line great quality when cooking.

It allows you to cook small quantities but also more generous recipes.

This special shape has the advantage of reducing the fat, which is concentrated at the bottom, where it is useful for searing the food.

The heat, which is intense at the bottom, gradually spreads to the edges, as the food continues its gentler cooking cycle.

The height of the wok encourages the creation of steam, which will allow cooking without drying out, healthy and fast cooking.

Advice on use +

Before using for the first time, wash your utensil in hot water and soap, then rinse and dry.

Always allow the utensil to cool before cleaning.

To restore the shine of your copper utensil, use Copperbrill maintenance paste.

If you're cooking with gas, don't allow the flame to spill over the sides of the utensil; use a fire smaller than the diameter of the utensil.

Do not use a dishwasher.
