Its Eclipse interior coating provides excellent non-stick properties and offers a cooking surface that meets the most stringent environmental and hygiene standards.

The casserole is the ideal cookware for simmering hearty dishes over a low heat.

It is the same size as the saucepan but features two handles.

The tall, cylindrical shape of the casserole allows impurities to rise to the surface and the cooking juices to clarify as the dish cooks.
