Care instructions +

Before using the utensil for the first time, wash it with hot soapy water, then rinse and dry it.

Always allow the utensil to cool down before cleaning it.

To restore the shine to your copper utensil, use Copperbrill polishing paste.

Do not put in the dishwasher.

If you are cooking on a gas hob, do not let the flame spread beyond the sides of the utensil; use a flame smaller than the diameter of the utensil.
