It is the same size as the saucepan but features two handles.

The casserole’s tall cylindrical shape allows impurities to rise to the surface and the cooking juices to clarify as the dish cooks.

It is the perfect pan for simmering. The riveted handles provide a perfect grip thanks to their ergonomic design.

Before using for the first time, wash the utensil with hot soapy water, then rinse and dry it.

Always allow the utensil to cool down before cleaning it.

If you are cooking on an induction hob, never exceed two-thirds of the hob’s power setting to prevent overheating.

Not suitable for the dishwasher.
