Machine wash inside out, in a laundry bag, on a cold wool cycle.
Use a special wool detergent, without fabric softener.
Spin at 500 rpm max.
Hand wash: soak briefly and squeeze out excess water using a towel without distorting the garment.
Dry flat, out of direct sunlight.
