Machine wash inside out, in a laundry bag, on a cold wool cycle.
Use a special wool detergent, without fabric softener.
Spin at a maximum of 500 rpm.
Hand wash: soak briefly and squeeze out gently in a towel without distorting the shape.
Dry flat, out of direct sunlight.
