Riviera Santo Sospir Candle 6.5kg

Description -

The Santo Sospir scented candle is made from mouth-blown glass, where the transparency of the glass is brought to life by ovals in tangy colours, evoking organic forms. The green and yellow scattered randomly across the glass may vary in intensity depending on the breath of the glassmaker.

The famous Villa Santo Sospir is part of the heritage of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. This villa, built after the war as a holiday home, is unique in having been entirely covered with frescoes painted by Jean Cocteau.

Advice on use +

The quality of our scented candles calls for a specific burning ritual. Each time you light the candle, it is important to wait until the entire surface has liquefied before extinguishing it. This will prevent the formation of craters, which are unsightly and make burning more difficult.

The first time you light your candle, it will always burn longer than on subsequent occasions. Allow time for the first layer of wax to liquefy completely. The time required varies according to the size of the candle. Never let the last centimetre (1/2 inch) of wax burn, so that the flames do not touch the glass.
