The 18/10 stainless steel interior is perfectly suited to everyday use, while the copper ensures rapid, even heat conductivity across the entire surface.

The Mauviel 1830 roasting tray allows food to be cooked uncovered in the oven with very little fat.

A versatile and particularly useful tool, it is ideal for cooking meats, but is also perfect for gratins and many desserts.

For optimal cooking of meats, they can be seared over a high heat before being put in the oven, to preserve all their flavours.

The rack for roasting tray is the perfect complement to this utensil, allowing meat to be roasted in the oven while letting the fat drain directly into the tray, for healthier, perfectly controlled cooking.

Advice on use +

Before using for the first time, wash your utensil in hot water and soap, then rinse and dry.

Always allow the utensil to cool before cleaning.

To restore the shine of your copper utensil, use Copperbrill maintenance paste.

If you're cooking with gas, don't allow the flame to spill over the sides of the utensil; use a fire smaller than the diameter of the utensil.

Do not use a dishwasher.
