Collection in multi-layer brushed stainless steel, ergonomic cast stainless steel mount engraved Mauviel 1830. Mauviel 1830 stainless steel utensils, thanks to their multi-layer construction, offer conductivity equivalent to copper, rapid and even heat distribution, precise cooking control and rapid heating time.

The sauté pan, as its name suggests, allows food to be sautéed.

This cooking utensil is halfway between a frying pan and a saucepan.

Its cylindrical shape is one third as high as its diameter, and it is used to sweat food, i.e. to return its juices by heating it in a fatty substance.

Advice on use +

Before using for the first time, wash the utensil in hot water and soap, then rinse and dry.

Always allow the utensil to cool before cleaning.

To restore the shine of your stainless steel utensil, use Inobrill maintenance paste.

If you are cooking with induction, never exceed 2/3 of the hob's power rating to avoid overheating.

Do not use a dishwasher.
