Jewellery is precious and must be treated with the utmost care. A few precautions are necessary to preserve its beauty and lustre: jewellery does not fare well with make-up, sleeping whilst wearing it, showering, going to the beach, playing sport or carrying out manual tasks.

When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in its Stone Paris case to protect it from knocks or scratches. It is not advisable to store several pieces of jewellery in the same case as they may scratch each other through friction. Your jewellery can be cleaned to enhance its shine: gently scrub it with a soft toothbrush and soapy water, then rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer on a cool setting.

All Stone Paris jewellery is made from 18-carat gold (750 parts per thousand); the official hallmark is present on all gold items and certifies their quality. Stone Paris guarantees its customers that all products containing gold have been sourced in accordance with protocols for the supply of conflict-free minerals, and comply with the Wall Street reforms on consumer protection.

All our jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the receipt. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and hidden faults; if the damage results from misuse, a quote will be provided for the repair. After this period, repair costs will be borne by the customer. The following are not covered by this guarantee: damage resulting from misuse by the customer, the effects of normal wear and tear, and deterioration or damage to the jewellery over time.
